You can do this easily at any time in the web app.
Select the portfolio whose strategy you want to adjust and go to "Edit", button is visible on the top right of your screen.
If you change the strategy and you are already invested in securities, the allocation selected so far will be displayed as a default; you can now make the desired changes using the slider.
