Swiss number
You want to register or log in to ePlix and don't receive an SMS? Do you use a Swiss number? Then you can do the following:

Check that your mobile phone has signal and that the flight mode is deactivated.

Restart your mobile phone once.

If you still do not receive any SMS, please contact our support.
Non-Swiss number
You want to register or log in to ePlix and you don't receive any SMS?
If you have recently crossed a border or changed service providers, there may be interruptions.
Are you using a non-Swiss number? Then you can do the following:

Check that your mobile phone has signal and that the flight mode is deactivated, if necessary allow roaming if you are in Switzerland.

Restart your mobile phone.

Make a routing via our SMS gateway partner e-Call, we explain below how this works exactly, it's very easy.

If routing does not work either, please contact our support.
eCall SMS Routing Finder
With non-Swiss number, it can happen that the mobile network does not know exactly how to deliver the SMS to you. This is where the small tool from eCall (our SMS gateway) comes in handy. You can access it at the following link: Routing Finder.
To find the best route for the SMS, proceed as follows.

Open the routing finder of eCall: https://portal.ecall-messaging.com/rf/

Enter your phone number, including the international dialing code.

Enter the code that is displayed on the page.

Click on “Start”. (Please leave the page open and do not close it yet).
Next, you will receive several SMS containing different routes. These codes are for illustration purposes only. Select one of the codes you have received on your mobile phone.
Enter the code on the eCall Routing Finder page and click on “Set Route”. This way, your phone will receive all future SMS from us about this route.
