First steps

You cannot access ePlix.ch or the page is not displayed correctly? Try the following measures:

• If you have an active VPN, try again without it.
• Try with a different browser (preferably freshly installed).
• Try it in incognito mode.

Other possible steps

For your main browser, you can try the following steps, which are described here for laptop/desktop:

Clear browser data + disable Google translator: Chrome

1. close the other tabs in your browser. (Save what needs to be saved).
2. delete cookies, cache, and history in your browser. Other browsers below.

2. Click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”.
   
3. Select “Privacy and security” from the menu on the left.
4. Click on “Clear browsing data”.
5. Select “Entire period” and click on “Delete data”.
   

3. deactivate Google Translate in your browser, if you have not already done so, as described below for Chrome.

2. Click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”.
3. Select “Languages” from the menu on the left.
4. Deactivate “Use Google Translate”.

Delete browser data: other browsers

There are two ways to proceed:

Way 1

Firefox
1. open the browser.
2. click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”
3. go to “Delete browser data”.
4. select “Everything” in the dropdown “When”. Click on “Clear” to delete the browser history.

Edge
1. open the browser.
2. click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”
3. go to “Clear browsing data”.
4. select “All time” in the dropdown under “Time range”. Remove the tick from “Passwords”. Click on “Delete now” to delete the browser history.

Safari
1. open the browser.
2. click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”
3. go to “Delete browsing data and cookies”
4. click on “Delete” to delete the browsing history.
