The “myAbsence” / absence notification function is available to you in ePlix if:

Your employer is connected to Tellco pk for occupational benefits.

Your employer or an authorized representative of your employer has access to eAbsence.
If the functionality in ePlix is not active for you, report your absence as before. If you assume a technical error, please contact our helpdesk.
If you want to record an absence via ePlix, proceed as follows:
Once you are logged in to ePlix, click on “Work & income” in the overview.
Then select the “Absence report” tile.
Click on the large tile with the “+” at the top left.
Now choose whether you want to enter an illness or an accident. Here is the example of an accident. Then click on “Create case” at the bottom right to record the absence.
On this page, you enter the details of the type and extent of the accident. This is explained in detail below.
First, select your employer; if you have an employer, this will be preselected automatically.
Select the type of accident: Occupational accident “During working hours or on the way to work” or non-occupational accident “During leisure time”. Enter the time and place of the accident.
Below this, state the percentage of time you are unable to work (this is noted on your medical certificate). If you are completely absent, enter 100%. You can move the slider or click on the number and enter the percentage manually. Below this, enter the duration of the absence. The date is in the format DD.MM.YYYY. You can also use the calendar icon. Confirm the period with “Save period”. If necessary, you can enter several periods (e.g. several medical certificates and/or different percentages of incapacity for work).
Describe the course of the accident in the text field and below which objects were involved in the accident, please pay attention to the note.
Select in the dropdown whether other persons are involved, whether there is a police report. Below this, please indicate which part of the body was injured, which side, and what type of injury. At the end, confirm by clicking the “Save injured part of body” button. Add further body parts if necessary.
Enter where you were treated first after the accident. In the first field, you can search for the hospital/practice, enter at least 4 characters. Confirm the details by clicking the “Save” button.
If you have a medical certificate, please upload it, you can drag and drop it from your file manager or click on “Upload file” and select the document. If necessary, you can add further information in the note field below. Save the case with the “Create case” button.
